Acquisition Solutions & Campaigns to Drive Demand
A high Share of Voice (SOV) as defined by the number of guests/personalised emails sent/web visits per hotel demonstrates the efficiency of acquisition programmes. As system contribution grow, so should SOV.
We also maximise our exposure on social media to reinforce our brand positioning and are able to reach more potential travellers through interesting stories and meaningful conversations.
Food & Beverage Concepts
Our food & beverage (F&B) outlets at our hotels are considered key profit centres and are managed as such. Beyond serving hotel guests as a breakfast venue, our F&B outlets are positioned as social spaces with unique dining concepts that appeal to both locals and travellers.
Representation in International Trade Events
Our global sales team will represent your hotel at key trade shows to build awareness and relationships with clients and partners. In addition, hotels can join these events at a minimal cost through PHG’s sponsorship.
