With our Global Business Preferred Programme, we offer your small to mid-size business easy access to our participating hotels everywhere, with special rates and exclusive offers. Simply fill out this form, and we will contact you with a Business Preferred ID number that allows your company to enjoy 15% off the best flexible rates for every reservation at our participating hotels.

Travel Agents Commission Programme

Our centralised travel agent commission programme is designed to efficiently track and reward you with your well-deserved commissions. It provides consolidated weekly commission payments, detailed reconciliation reports, customer support and online access to transaction details and payment data.

This programme is applicable to bona fide agencies that are registered with an accredited organisation such as IATA or TIDS. Other acceptable associations are ARC, TSI, CLIA. Agents must quote the membership number upon booking.

Commission payments are processed centrally and distributed once a week in your local currency, unless requested otherwise. Commission inquiries must be submitted within 12 months of guest departure.
