OPTIMIZING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

Creating An Icon on Orchard Road, Singapore

In 2005, Park Hotel Group successfully purchased Crown Prince Hotel for S$300 million. Following a S$80 million refurbishment with an addition of a retail podium, the mixed-use development comprising of former Grand Park Orchard bagged numerous awards and accolades including the coveted global Gold Winner- Hotel Category at the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award in 2013. In the same year, this project was sold for close to S $1.2 billion with vacant possession.
