Meetings & Events

The hotel has 10 banquet halls and meeting rooms with a variety of sizes. “Forrest” is a ballroom that offers one of the largest capacity in Otaru, with its high ceiling creating an outstandingly luxurious atmosphere. We also accommodate smaller multi-purpose banquet halls and conference rooms with full view to the ocean. The hotel is also fully equipped to host the MICE (Meeting, Incentive Travel, Convention and Exhibition / Event).

Dining

The second floor accommodates three unique restaurants and a bar that share a spacious, three-story-high atrium overlooking the beautiful ocean. A series of restaurants, including a casual brasserie, a teppanyaki diner, a soothing seaside bar, an open-space lounge, and a unique patisserie, offer a variety of dining experiences.

Family Travel

Grand Park Otaru made family travelling easy with spacious rooms featuring kid-friendly services and amenities from baby cot with baby guard, extra bed, connecting rooms and more. Wing Bay Otaru, which is directly connected to the hotel, has a convenient shopping area with facilities for children.

Accessibility and Interconnecting Rooms

Grand Park Otaru is barrier-free and easily accessible on the ground floor. In-room amenities in our accessible rooms include grab bars in washroom, height-adjustable shower and emergency button, bedroom doors with a minimum width of 80cm, washroom doors with a minimum width of 80cm. Parking Facilities

Parking facilities are available at the hotel premises, but slots are limited and subject to availability. Parking fees: JPY1,650 per car per night.

Bike Rental

Bicycles and equipments are available for 2 hours, 4 hours, 10 hours and longer! Enjoy riding bikes from the hotel to the Otaru Canal, Mt. Tengu, and more! *Bike Rental is only available for green seasons.
