Yes. When booking, please specify the number of children (under 6 years old) and adults (7 years and older).

- Children under 6 stay free when sharing a bed or futon with an adult (maximum one child per adult).

- If there are more children than adults in the room, the extra children must be booked as adults and will be charged accordingly.

- For example, if 2 adults and 3 children under 6 stay in the same room, 2 children stay free, but the 3rd child will incur an additional charge.

- Children under 6 who do not share a bed or futon will be charged the full rate.

- If a child booked as under 6 is found to be 7 or older at check-in, or if the number of children exceeds the number of adults, an additional fee of JPY 8,470 per child applies.

Take the Japan Railway (JR) Rapid Airport service on the Hakodate Main Line. The journey takes approximately 65 minutes. Please alight at JR Otaru-Chikkō Station — our hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Otaru-Chikkō Station.

By car
Driving from New Chitose Airport takes around 70 minutes via the Duou and Sasson Expressways. Exit at Otaru IC; the hotel is located just outside the exit.

The nearest train station is JR Otaru-Chikkō Station, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. During the day, you can conveniently walk through Wing Bay Otaru, a connected shopping mall, to reach the station directly.

By Train
Take the JR Hakodate Main Line from Sapporo Station. The rapid train takes about 25 minutes, while the local train takes approximately 43 minutes. Get off at JR Otaru-Chikkō Station, the hotel is just about a 5-minute walk away.

It’s about a 25-minute drive via the Sasson Expressway. Take the Otaru Interchange exit, the hotel is located nearby.

We currently do not offer a shuttle service from Grand Park Otaru to downtown Otaru, Sapporo, or New Chitose Airport.
