Auspicious Abundance Yu Sheng: Artfully arrayed in lofty layers of purple and white cabbage, green and white radish, and basked in the crowning glory of freshly-flown in yabbies and Parma ham. Coupled with an aromatic sprinkling of kaffir leaves, refreshing pomelo, pickled ginger, zesty lime and home-made plum sauce.
Slow-cooked Pork Trotter: Stewed for nearly three hours until the meat melts in the mouth, alongside juicy radish, culminating in pure tenderness and succulence.
Money Bag: A sight to indulge. This dish features plump, golden brown beancurd pockets deliciously stuffed with diced chicken, mushroom, bamboo shoot, broccoli and a traditional delicacy – Jin Hua ham, one of the world’s best cured meats.
Stir-fried XO Seafood: Fresh and plump scallops, prawns and squids, stir-fried to ultimate wok-hei in XO sauce. A crispy yet addictive yam basket gracefully adorns these prized catches.
Chilled Coconut Pudding: A refreshing accomplishment to a wonderful feast for all senses, from sight to taste. Golden yellow passionfruit pearls surround an elegant white, creamy coconut pudding.
