In the event that travel is materially impacted by unforeseen global or regional circumstances beyond a guest’s control - including government restrictions, border closures, or other significant disruptions affecting access to the destination - the Hotel will work with guests to provide reasonable alternatives, which may include rescheduling the stay (subject to availability and prevailing rates) or issuing a credit valid for up to 12 months. Individual travel changes, including airline schedule adjustments, cancellations, or personal circumstances, are not covered unless they arise directly from such broader events that significantly disrupt travel.
