Or go light on Atlantic Halibut confit, baked to golden glory, paired with lemon butter sauce and home-made herbed crust comprising of Chef’s secret selection of 6 different herbs and spices.
A beautiful dinner deserves a stunning finish. Imagine a fresh fragrant banana, cooked in caramel for over 12 hours, topped with vanilla ice cream, Victoria sponge and rum.
This 4-course Festive Dinner includes bread, snacks, coffee and tea. Ala carte dishes are also available.
