Inspired by the tropical verdant gardens and botanical tranquillity surrounding Park Hotel Alexandra, The Carvery plays up the traditional Christmas celebrations with a festive “Forest Feast” themed menu during the Christmas festivities. Expect highlights such as the succulent Roast Chicken with Black Truffle, Traditional Tom Turkey with Stuffing, and weekend specials like Roasted Pork Knuckle, Whiskey-Aged US Angus Beef Prime Ribs, and Dingley Dell Pork Rack to grace the feasting tables; let's not forget the hearty sides like Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs, Persimmon and Pecan Nut Salad and of course, the festive sweets like Christmas logcake, festive fruitcake and our signature Raspberry and Lychee trifle dessert, given a yuletide update specially for the occasion!
The Carvery has also prepared for festive entertainment as you dine, with children's activities (like balloon sculpturing and festive face painting) during weekend lunch, and special carolling performances on Christmas eve and Christmas Day!
