The Great Meat Feast 2018
The Great Meat Feast is back! Available at The Carvery for dinner daily, be delighted as we present a decadent feast of ‘upsized’ and ‘upgraded’ beef dishes for your dining pleasure. From Australian Tajima Wagyu to Uruguayan Black Angus, we’re going all out with an exciting line-up of prime cuts, including the prized Japanese yukimuro snow-aged beef, imported specially for the occasion. Alongside our signature roasts and meats, complete your dining experience with a varied selection of other dishes and sides - savoury cheeses and charcuterie, fresh seafood, hearty greens, specialty pizzas, pasta and flatbreads, and sinful desserts, just to name a few. The Carvery has also selected a fine collection of Old and New World wines to pair with your meal. For the adventurous, we've even included Japanese whisky to complement the rich flavours of the beef highlights.
As part of the Great Meat Feast Experience, Park Hotel Alexandra is also partnering with gourmet grocers Indoguna to present a 'cash-and-carry' retail selection of beef, cheeses and charcuterie for guests to buy and take home.
