We chose a room with Crystal club lounge access (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks and canapés) which was worth the extra cost . The staff in the lounge in particular Kripa and Aini made the difference, they were exceptional and made the effort each day to make sure our stay was perfect!

We were also upgraded to the Crystal Club lounge access. While the breakfast served was the same as the regular one, the high tea and happy hour at night were excellent. Great food and drink. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if in Singapore.

The Crystal Club Lounge was a little sanctuary & we enjoyed the peace & added food & drink options that this offered. The service was incredibly personal & professional with a particular thanks to Kripa, who looked after us so well on several days, was always polite & smiling & also arranged late checkout on our final day. Thank you for a wonderful stay & we would thoroughly recommend.
