Experience a culinary delight featuring a seafood medley accompanied with coconut chilli emulsion, flavorful chicken consommé with abalone and morsel mushroom, a choice between Arancini with slow-cooked corn-fed chicken or cereal-crusted cod fish, and a delectable coconut-durian mousse for dessert.

Botanical Garden Afternoon Tea
Inspired by this year's iconic National Day Parade venue, the Padang, be pleasantly surprised at this rendition of our afternoon tea. Indulge in an array of delectable treats in harmonious shades of green, including pistachio orange profiteroles, matcha red bean cake, foie gras kaya charcoal sandwich, chilli crab salad with Vol-au-vent, avruga caviar, and mango, as well as tortilla roll with laksa coulis, and many more.
Available for dine-in from 18 July to 8 August, and 14 to 31 August at S$88++/set for 2 persons, and 9 to 13 August at S$58++/set for 2 persons. For takeaway & delivery, each set will be at S$88nett/set for 2 persons.

Celebratory Drinks from Tablescape Bar
Let's do a toast for the nation with our specially curated drinks from Tablescape Bar!
On July 22, 29, and August 9, join us for pre-dinner drinks at the Rooftop Sky Garden and witness the State Flag Flypast towards Padang, marking the start of the National Day Parade. After dinner, you might even have the chance to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display. With dinner reservations on these dates, you can add on:
- S$15.80++ for a glass of our National Day special cocktail, Botanical Blue Blossom, featuring gin-infused Lemongrass, Blue Curacao, and Lime Juice.
- S$5.80++ for a glass of our National Day special mocktail, Red Dot Fizz, crafted with Rose and Lychee Syrup, Lime Juice, and Pineapple Juice.
In-house guests can access the rooftop by simply purchasing a drink at the bar counter.
Both Botanical Blue Blossom and Red Dot Fizz will also be available at Tablescape Bar from 18 July to 31 August 2023.
