Reservation
You will receive a confirmation letter after you submit your booking through our website. If you want to cancel your reservation, you can click the CANCEL button or contact our reservation team at info.phkt@parkhotelgroup.com to assist you.
There's no need to pay upfront when you book direct with the hotel. A deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit amount is 1.5 times the room charge.
The Hotel accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay, Paypay and Alipay for payment of room reservations. Payment at Hotel can be made by cash as well.
Food & Beverage
Continental breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:00 (LO 9:30) am daily and comes with free drinks and a half buffet.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request. Please contact Oike Café for more information.

The total number of occupants in a room shall not exceed 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children at any time. (Only the Park Suite and Oike Suite allow 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.)
No extra beds are available. However, the sofa bed in the Deluxe Twin room can be made as a third bed for triple guest room sharing.
Baby beds are provided on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability.

The hotel enforces a No Party Policy to ensure maximum comfort for all our in-house guests. Any person found to be creating excessive noise or disturbance, having a party, or exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. Unregistered guests are not allowed into the room after 9:00 pm.

The Hotel does not have a Business Centre. However, there is a convenience store (7-Eleven) within a 1-minute walk from the Hotel for bulk printing in black/white/full-color and any paper size A5-A3. In addition, there are two 24-hour printing stores (Kinko's) within a 10-minute walk from the Hotel. For basic printing requests, the team would be delighted to assist. Charges may apply for advanced printing services.
Three sets of coin-operated laundry and dryer machines on the 2nd Floor are available 24 hours a day. Dry cleaning and pressing services are available at the shop next door. Same-day express service is available at 10:00 am for 7:00 pm pickup.
