• Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, partnerships, and existing room reservations.
• Offer is non-refundable.
• A valid credit card or a deposit covering the entire stay is required, and the full room charge (including service fees and applicable consumption tax) will be billed at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and No-Show will be charged 100% of the full stay.
• Blackout dates and other restrictions apply.
• Rates are based on per room per night, and availability at the time of reservation.
• The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and privileges without prior notice.
• All room rates are exclusive of the Kyoto City accommodation tax. This tax is charged per person, per night (including complimentary stays) and is payable at check-in.
  The applicable tax rates are as follows:
  ・Less than ¥6,000 – ¥200
  ・¥6,000 to less than ¥20,000 – ¥400
  ・¥20,000 to less than ¥50,000 – ¥1,000
  ・¥50,000 to less than ¥100,000 – ¥4,000
  ・¥100,000 and above – ¥10,000
