Where is the nearest train station?

JR Otaru Chikko Station is about five-minute walk from the hotel. You can walk through Wing Bay Otaru, the shopping mall, to the station during daytime.

How do you get to the Otaru Canal?

Please make your way to the Otaru station by train (please abroad from the Otaru Chikko Station) or bus (please take the train from Parute-chikko Station). It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Otaru station. If you take a taxi, the travel distance is about seven minutes (about 1,000 yen).

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. We provide luggage storage for guests staying with us.

Can I park my vehicle at the hotel?

Parking facilities are available at the hotel premises, but slots are limited and subject to availability. Parking fees: JPY1,650 per car per night.

Are there laundry services available at the hotel?

We offer dry cleaning service. Please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided and reach out to the housekeeping team. Housekeeping staff will come to your room shortly to pick your laundry up.

We do not have a spa facility and hot spring facility in the hotel. Ospa (hot spring facility) is located within walking distance of the hotel. Guests staying with us can use Ospa at a special rate.

The shopping mall next to the hotel is open from 10:00 to 20:00. It takes about a seven-minute walk to get to the nearest convenience store, so we recommend that you prepare in advance if you are thinking of having a midnight snack.

Yukata for adults are available in the guest rooms. Yukata for children is also available upon request: Small (height 70-90 cm), large (height 90-110 cm), and oversized (height 110-130 cm).

Yu-Pack and Yamato Transport services are available at the courier counter on the first floor. Cardboard boxes for home delivery are available at 400 yen each box.
