Ski Resort Choice | Lift Pass Included Stay Plan

An accommodation plan that includes gondola and lift passes for popular ski resorts near Otaru, such as Kiroro Snow World, Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort, Snow Cruise Onze, and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, all known for their exceptional snow quality.

Upon check-in, you can choose which ski resort to visit, and if you stay multiple nights, enjoy skiing or snowboarding at different resorts each day. *For more details about each ski resort, click here.

Additionally, the hotel is equipped with a dedicated space for ski and snowboard waxing, as well as ski lockers, so you don't need to bring your ski gear into your room, allowing you to relax comfortably in our spacious guest rooms.

After skiing or snowboarding, you can enjoy sightseeing and gourmet experiences around Otaru, making the most of your time.

[Lift and Gondola Tickets]
Upon check-in, you will receive one lift/gondola pass or voucher per person per night.

• You can choose from the following ski resorts:
  ・Kiroro Snow World
  ・Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort
  ・Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort
  ・Snow Cruise Onze

• The resort you will visit each day can be chosen during check-in.

[Important Information]
Please note that the lift ticket usage may differ by ski resort. Kindly be aware of the following details:

Kiroro Snow World

• Operational Period (scheduled): 29 Nov, 2025 - 6 May, 2026

• You will receive a 6-hour lift/gondola pass (card), not a voucher, so there is no need to wait in line at the ticket counter. You can start enjoying skiing or snowboarding immediately upon arrival at the resort.

Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort

• Operational Period (scheduled): 1 Dec, 2025 - 1 Mar, 2026

• Please exchange the voucher received at check-in for a lift pass (IC card) at the ticket counter.
  Note: A deposit of 500 yen is required at the time of exchange, which will be refunded upon returning the lift pass.

Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort

• Operational Period (scheduled): 13 Dec, 2025 - 5 Apr, 2026

• Please exchange the voucher received at check-in for a lift pass at the ticket counter.
  Additionally, if you choose Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort, you will also receive a "Otaru Marché Shopping Voucher" worth JPY1,000 (one per person per night).
  Note: The shopping voucher can be used at the hotel's "Otaru Marché" shop.

Snow Cruise Onze

• Operational Period (scheduled): TBA

• Please exchange the voucher received at check-in for a lift pass at the ticket counter.
   

[Transportation to the Ski Resorts]

• This stay plan does not include transportation to the ski resorts.

• Guests visiting Kiroro Snow World can use a shuttle bus for an additional fee.
  Please make your shuttle bus reservation directly through the Hokkaido Access Network website, which will be available starting in Nov.

[Important Notes]

• Depending on the operational status of the ski resorts, the number of resorts available for selection during your stay may vary. Please check in advance.

• In case of course closures or gondola/lift suspensions due to weather or snow conditions, no refund will be provided for accommodation charges. However, the lift/gondola fees will be replaced with a hotel voucher worth JPY3,000, which can be used for dining or shopping at the hotel.

• If you wish to change the ski resort after check-in, please consult the front desk.

• For guests using the ski resorts on the check-in day, lift/gondola passes or vouchers and luggage storage can be provided before the standard check-in time (usually 2:00 PM). However, room access will be available after 2:00 PM.

• This stay plan is priced for adults. Please note that no refund will be provided for any difference in lift/gondola passes for children under 13 years of age.

• Please bring your own ski/snowboard maintenance equipment, such as wax, for use in the ski and snowboard maintenance space.

[Breakfast]

• Buffet Breakfast: Normally JPY3,500 per person, available at a special rate of JPY3,025. You can add breakfast as an option when booking the plan or request it at check-in.
