・No housekeeping service except towel replacement and trash collection will be provided for the first 3 nights. From the fourth night onward, full housekeeping services will be provided every three days.
・A valid credit card is required, and the full room charge (including service fees and applicable consumption tax) will be billed at the time of booking.
・Rates quoted unless specified nett, include service charge and consumption tax.
・Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
・Black-out dates and other restrictions may apply.
・Rates are based on availability at time of reservations.
・Management reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
Accommodation Tax
An accommodation tax has been introduced in Hokkaido Prefecture and the City of Otaru effective 1 April 2026.
Please note that even if you make a reservation before 1 April, 2026, the accommodation tax will be applied for stays on or after 1 April, 2026.
The rates listed on our website do not include the accommodation tax, so the tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.
