Accommodation Tax

Starting from 1 April, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced by Hokkaido Prefecture and the City of Otaru.
Please note that even if you make a reservation before 1 April, 2026, the accommodation tax will be applied for stays on or after 1 April, 2026.
The rates listed on our website do not include the accommodation tax, so the tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 8 days before arrival – No cancellation charge  
• 4 to 7 days before arrival – 20% of the total amount  
• 1 to 3 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount  
• On the day of arrival or no-show – 100% of the total amount
