FireDoor was created to be the latter. Our signature overwater restaurant combines a dramatic lagoon setting with an open show kitchen, Josper charcoal grill, carefully considered cuisine and an extensive wine and beverage selection.
As evening approaches, sunset becomes part of the experience. Inside, the distinctive glass floor brings another glimpse of the ocean into the restaurant, while the open kitchen puts culinary craftsmanship centre stage.
