The rate is subject to a 10% service charge, 17% local goods & services tax (GST), and a green tax of USD12 per person per night.
The rate quoted is per night for 2 guests and is subject to availability, and seasonal variations and may change without notice.

Flight details must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange the transfers.
Speedboat transfers provided by the resort are mandatory. We do not accept third-party boat transfers to and from the resort, for both arrival and departure.
Speedboat shared* transfers paid separately, after booking of villas.
