Terms and conditions

Non-combinable with any other offer

  • The rate is subject to a 10% service charge, 16% local goods & services tax (GST), and a green tax of USD6 per person per night.
  • The rate quoted is per night for 2 guests and is subject to availability, and seasonal variations and may change without notice.
  • Flight details must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange the transfers.
  • Speedboat transfers provided by the resort are mandatory. We do not accept third-party boat transfers to and from the resort, for both arrival and departure.
  • All excursions and trips must be booked with the resort. As per our internal safety policy, third-party bookings for excursions and trips are not allowed for resort guests.

Cancellation Policy 

  • Free cancellation if the request is made 7 days and more before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations received 7 days or less before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations are required to be guaranteed by credit card upon confirmation of booking. A 100% deposit will be charged to your credit card 07 days prior to your arrival. We do not accept third-party credit card payments. Credit Card holders must be one of the travelers in the booking. Additional terms and conditions apply.
