What is SG Clean?
The SG Clean campaign was launched on 16 February 2020, with the aim to minimise the spread of COVID-19 pandemic by focusing on hygiene. Grand Park Orchard has been a certified SG Clean hotel since March 2020. To find out more about the campaign, find out here.
Does the hotel provide free Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and around the property.
Is there a swimming pool in the hotel? What are the operating hours?
We have an outdoor pool which is accessible to all in-house guests. Opening hours are 6am - 11pm. The depth of the swimming pool is at 1.2 meters and the length is 16 meters. Sundeck chairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Pool towels are provided.
Is there a fitness room in your hotel? What are the operating hours?
The gym is located on the 4th floor and is open 24 hours. Usage of the gym is complimentary for hotel guests. We do not provide personal trainers or work out classes.
Can I park my vehicle at the hotel?
In-house guests enjoy full day complimentary parking whilst diners enjoy 3-hour complimentary parking, subjected to terms & conditions. For the public, parking fees are applicable.
Is your property wheelchair friendly?
For families and guests with special needs, our hotel has rooms specially designed for guests who required additional space and amenities. Accessible room and interconnecting rooms are available in the hotel.
Is your property kids-friendly?
Yes it is. Children under the age of 12 years stay for free with existing bedding. Limited cots, playpens and extra beds are available for selected room types and are subject to availability.
Aside from kids-friendly swimming pool, we also have trained and dedicated babysitters will be delighted to take care of your little ones while you are away. Please contact email@example.com and allow advance notice of 4 hours for babysitting service at a nominal charge.
Can the hotel assist to arrange for local sightseeing tours?

Can I request for special arrangement for my anniversary celebration?
You may provide your booking number so that we can check on your requests. Alternatively, please leave your contact details and our team will be in touch with you shortly.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Luggage storage is available for guests due to arrive, in-house guests and checked-out guests at no additional fees.
Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?
All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% prevailing taxes, unless otherwise stated.
How can I get to the hotel from the airport?
You may board the taxi from the airport straight to the hotel. If you are already up for some adventure, you may board the train from Changi Airport station (CG2) and transfer at Tanah Merah (EW4) to City Hall (EW13 | NS25). Alight at City Hall and transfer to the North-South line towards Somerset MRT station. From there, it will be a 9-minute walk to the hotel.
We're also happy to assist you to make arrangements for airport transfer. Please be informed that additional fees apply for airport transfer.
Where is the nearest train station?
Grand Park Orchard is located in the heart of Singapore’s premier shopping and entertainment district. The nearest MRT (subway/metro) station, Somerset Station is a 9-minute walk away.
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policy can be found under the terms & conditions of each offer/ confirmation. Please provide your booking number so that we can check if your booking is eligible for cancellation.
As the Covid-19 situation to evolve around the world, is there any update on the cancellation policies?
We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this interim. Any reservations with arrival dates from now until 31 December 2020 can be amended for free. Fully prepaid, non-refundable bookings made directly with our hotels can be postponed till 30 June 2021 for free. Rate change applies. Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Any request for an early check or late check out in will be subject to availability and at a nominal fee.
Can I add an extra bed or baby cot? Is there any additional charge?
Yes, you may. Please indicate your special requests when you are making your reservation. These will be subject to availability and may incure a nominal fee. Alternatively, you may approach our Front Desk located on level 4 at any time for your request.
What are the available room amenities?
We have a complete range of toiletries in the room for your convenience such as blankets, a pillow menu, towels, toothbrush, shaver, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, ironing board and an in-room safe.
