The safety of our guests and team members are of our utmost priority.
We have stepped up our health and safety measures through working closely with local health authorities and adhering to the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Temperature screening is required for every guest and team members are readily available to assist. Frequency of cleaning has also been increased, hand sanitisers are available in all public areas and masks are provided upon request. In compliance with local regulations, team members will immediately be on a 14-day quarantine if they have travelled to high-risk destinations or have contacted with patients recently.
All team members of the hotel are required to have their temperature checked daily to ensure general well-being. No working team members have travelled to high-risk destinations in the last 14 days.

Our Enhanced Travel Flexibility Policy
We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this interim. Any reservations with arrival dates from now until 31 December 2020 can be amended for free. Fully prepaid, non-refundable bookings made directly with our hotels can be postponed till 30 June 2021 for free. Rate change applies. Find out more about our new and enhanced flexibility policy here.
