Reservation

How do I cancel my reservation if I book directly with the hotel?

For refundable booking, if you need to cancel your reservation, please email us and inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in (local time) to avoid any cancellation charges.

Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

If you have reserved the rooms from other channels, please contact the agent directly.

 

For direct booking with the hotel, do I have to pay up-front for the room reservation?

For refundable reservations, full room charges will not be charged till the time of check-out or in the event of a cancellation. However, to guarantee the room reservation, we will obtain one night's room fee as advance deposit.

For non-refundable reservations, full room charges will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

Rooms

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

 

Is early check-in available?

Check-in prior to the standard check-in time is not guaranteed. An extra one night room fee will be charged for guaranteed check-in before 12:00pm.

 

Is late check-out available?

If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal of 50% of your room rate will be charged for extension before 6:00pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00pm. Advance reservation is required. On-day late check-out request will be subject to room situation and an additional fee will be charged based on the latest room rate. Do you have family rooms?

We have 3 different types of family rooms for your selection. Please click here for more details.

 

Do you have non-smoking/ smoking rooms?

Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available upon request and are subject to availability. All other areas in the hotel premises are smoke-free. Please inform us your preference at the time of reservation.

 

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we have barrier-free rooms with wheelchair access in Superior and Superior Plus Rooms. Please contact us directly for further details prior to booking.

 

Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?

Yes, you can request for an extra bed and that is chargeable at HK$500 per room per night before service charge. The price is subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us for more details.

 

Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?

Yes, baby cot which is suitable for infants aged 2 or below is free and subject to availability. Advance request is required.

 

What kind of mattresses do you provide?

We provide two different types of mattress, soft mattress and hard mattress. If you have any special request, please feel free to contact us for prior arrangement.

 

Is there any iron available in the room?

All Premier & Suite Rooms have an iron and ironing board. For the rest of the room categories, they will be provided upon request, please contact our Housekeeping Department during the stay.

 

What pin plug and voltage do you use in Hong Kong?

In Hong Kong, we use type G plugs & sockets, 220/240V, 50hz.

Amenities and Services

Does the hotel provide an Internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for a maximum of 5 devices per room throughout the hotel premises.

 

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

We regret that there is no swimming pool in the hotel.

 

Is there a fitness room in your hotel? What are the operating hours?

The fitness room well equipped with elliptical machine, weight lifting machine, exercise bike, treadmill and dumbbells is open between 6:00am and 11:00pm daily.

 

Is there car parking available at the hotel?

There is no private parking at the hotel, and the closest car park is at Auto Plaza, 65 Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

 

Is there any wheelchair-friendly washroom at the hotel?

The wheelchair-friendly washrooms are located at Marigold Bar on Ground Floor and on the Fourth Floor, next to the staff toilets. Guests are welcome to contact our staff for assistance.

 

Is there wheelchair or baby stroller available at the hotel?

Yes, wheelchairs or baby strollers are available for our guests. Please book in advance as the services are subject to availability.

 

Can I book a local sightseeing tour at the hotel?

Yes, you are welcome to make booking at our Concierge in the lobby.

 

Is room service available? If so, at what times?

Room service is available from 6:30am to 11:00pm daily.

 

Does the hotel provide free international adaptor?

Yes, it is subject to availability and has to be returned upon departure from the hotel. 

 

Where can I use a computer with internet access and print my boarding pass?

We have an internet connected computer for guests next to the reception counter in the hotel lobby.

 

Are there laundry services available at the hotel?

We provide laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services for our guests. Laundry received before 10:00am will be returned on the same day by 7:00pm.

 

Can I request for special arrangement for my anniversary celebration?

We can arrange cakes, bouquet flowers and champagne. Fees will be applied and subject to your preference. Please contact us for more details on prices and other arrangement.

Luggage

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage at the hotel for free before check-in or after check-out. Please contact our Concierge in the lobby for details and arrangement. Hotel will not be responsible for loss of items if applicable.

 

Can the hotel receive package before our check-in?

Yes, we can receive a package on your behalf at our Concierge. Please do not forget to add your registered full name with the following address c/o: Concierge, Park Hotel Hong Kong, 61-65 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong when you order.

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?

Yes, we do provide shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Adult fare is HK$150.00 per trip, while child aged 2 or below is free. The shuttle is available daily from 07:00am till 11:00pm, at half hour interval.

Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

Yes, we do provide shuttle service from hotel to the airport. Adult fare is HK$150.00 per trip, while child aged 2 or below is free. The shuttle is available daily from 05:35am till 9:35pm, at every hour. Advance booking is required. Please contact our Concierge for details and arrangement. 

 

Which is the nearest MTR station?

The nearest MTR stations are Tsim Sha Tsui station (Exit B2) and East Tsim Sha Tsui (Exit P3), and follow by 5 minutes' walk to the hotel.

Take Exit B2 then go straight along Cameron Road about 350 meters away or take Exit P3 then go straight along Chatham Road South to the conjunction of Cameron Road.

 

What attractions are nearby?

How far is the China Ferry Terminal to the hotel? What is the best way to get to the hotel from there?

The China Ferry Terminal is 1km or around 20 minutes’ walk to the hotel. Taking taxi would be the most convenient way, and estimated fare for the trip is HK$40 and HK$6 will be charged for each luggage piece.

 

How far is Hung Hom Station to the hotel? What is the best way to get to the hotel from there?

Hung Hom Station is 1km or around 12 minutes’ walk to the hotel. Taking taxi would be the most convenient way, and estimated fare for the trip is HK$30 and HK$6 will be charged for each luggage piece.

 

How long does it take from the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal to the hotel by taxi and how much would it cost?

It takes around 25 minutes by taxi and estimated fare for the trip is HK$130.

 

How long does it take from the Disneyland to the hotel?

It takes about 25 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by MTR. Please visit MTR website for more details.

Food and Beverage

What time is breakfast served?

Buffet breakfast is served at Park café daily from 6:30am to 10:30am. Park café is located at fourth floor.

 

Do you provide Indian food?

Yes, our buffet breakfast spread includes Indian dishes, and some vegetables.

 

Do you provide halal food?

Currently, we do not serve halal food at our restaurants. However, there are halal restaurants near our hotels and within walking distance.

 

What is the serving time of Afternoon Tea Set?

Park café serves Afternoon Tea Set daily from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

 

Is there a cake cutting fee?

The cake cutting fee is HK$100net (2lbs below) or HK$200net (2lbs or above).

 

Do you offer discount for senior customers?

We offer 35% off to senior customers aged 65 or above for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night buffet.

 

Do you offer discount for children?

We offer 50% off to children aged 4 -11 for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night buffet.

 

Do you offer discount for birthday star?

Currently, birthday stars can enjoy one complimentary buffet upon dining with at least three paying guests during their birthday month and 20% off will be offered to accompanied guests.
