Blue Jasmine is thrilled to announce it’s all new mouth-watering a la carte menu launched on 1 October 2018; bringing guests on a gastronomic journey through Thailand, engaging all senses, sight, smell, taste and thought with dishes that represent the perfect balance and harmony in flavours.
Among the chef’s recommendation are the soups, the classic Tom Yum Soup both clear and red and a new addition, the Tom Yum Sea Bass Poh Tek, made with a different proportion of spices and ingredient to please those with an adventurous palate. While the classic must-try Green Curry remains, but with another dimension of flavour, other new signature dishes include the Cha-Om Fried Egg, delicately rolled-up strips of egg inflected with acacia leaves, relished with a delicious classic Thai dip, Fresh Squid Holy Basil, Yellow River Prawn Curry and the to-die-for Thai Chendol for that sweet ending.
Vege lovers’ will be in for a surprise with vegetarian options.
