Blue Jasmine is thrilled to be bringing guests on a gastronomic journey through Thailand, engaging all senses, sight, smell, taste and thought with dishes that represent the perfect balance and harmony in flavours.
Among the Chef’s recommendation is the new addition of two salads with topping options of Anchovy or Salted Egg, the Red Curry cooked with grapes, sweet pineapple and lychee. Khao Kluk Kapi - Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste accompanied with Honey and Chinese Chicken Sausage, Fiery Pad Kee Mao kway Teow, Deep-Fried Beef Loin strips sprinkled with White Pepper and Seasame. All dishes are made with a different proportion of spices and ingredients to please those with an adventurous palate. While the classic must-try Green Curry remains, but with another dimension of flavour, other signature dishes include the Cha-Om Fried Egg, delicately rolled-up strips of egg inflected with acacia leaves, relished with a delicious classic Thai dip, Fresh Squid Holy Basil, Tom Yum Red or Clear Soup and the to-die-for Thai Chendol for that sweet ending.
