What is the minimum age for check-in?

Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.


Is this a smoke-free hotel? 

Designated smoking areas are available around the premises. The Hotel provides a combination of non-smoking and smoking rooms.


Does the hotel provide free Internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and around the property. To connect, please enter your room number and name in your browser.


Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

The Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool on our rooftop terrace located on Level 5 right by our restaurant and bar.

Is there a fitness centre in your hotel?

Guests staying with us enjoy complimentary access to our fitness centre that is in operation from 5.00am to 11.00pm daily. 


Can I park my vehicle at the hotel?

In-house guests enjoy complimentary parking facility. Slots are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.


Is your property wheelchair friendly?

For guests encountering mobility issues, the Hotel provides handicap-friendly guest lifts alongside select units of rooms with handicap-accessible washrooms. To enhance the comfort and convenience of guests, there is also a handicap and wheelchair-accessible washroom at the lobby.


Is your property kids-friendly?

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

The Hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our Concierge Team will assist you upon arrival.


What pin plug and voltage do you use in your rooms? 

Our rooms are equipped with universal socket that accepts various types of electrical plugs. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz. 


Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?

Rates stated are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "from" rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.


What payment modes are accepted?

The Hotel accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay as guarantee for room reservations. Payment at hotel and dining can be made by cash as well.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

You may take a metered taxi or the train and alight at Farrer Park station where our hotel is situated directly above from. For more specific directions from airport to the Hotel, please refer here.


Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?

Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is unavailable. Should you wish for us to arrange for a private airport limousine transfer, please indicate this requirement during reservation process and charges will apply.


Where is the nearest train station?

Farrer Park Station (located along the Circle Line route) is situated directly below the hotel building.


What are the nearby tourist attractions?

Little India, Chinatown, Clark Quay, Orchard Road Shopping Belt. You may refer to our suggested places of interest here.


Hotel Reservations - Modify/Cancel

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

For changes to you reservation, please email us at with your booking confirmation.


Is a deposit required upon check in?

A deposit of SGD50 is required per night. A full refund will be issued upon departure should there be no incidental charges.


As the Covid-19 situation is rapidly evolving around the world, is there any update on the cancellation policies? 

We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this interim. Any reservations with arrival dates from now until 31 March 2021 can be amended for free. Fully prepaid, non-refundable bookings made directly with our hotels can be postponed till 30 June 2021 for free*. Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, upon request and availablity. Charges may apply. 


Do you have family rooms?

Whilst we do not offer standalone, designated Family Rooms, we recommend our inter-connecting rooms for family stays for added comfort, convenience and space. Alternatively, parents may opt to share existing bedding with a young toddler at no extra charge.


Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes we do. In-room amenities include grab bars in washroom, roll-in handicap shower stall with folding bath seat and emergency buttons.


Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?

Yes for selected room types and additional charges will apply.


Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?

Children 5 years' old and below stay for free with existing bedding. Limited baby cots and extra beds are available for selected room types and are subject to availability. For more information, please contact

Operation hours are from 6.30am to 10.30am.


Is there dining privileges for in-house guests?


Yes, 30% off the total bill.


Does the Hotel provide for special dietary needs?
We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options at our restaurant and for in-room dining. However, please be informed that our Chefs work with other products that contain gluten in our kitchens and restaurants.
