This Lunar New Year, Folklore invites you to revel in a sumptuous spread of heritage Peranakan fanfare that’s prepared true to Chef Damian’s grandmother’s recipes.
Available from 4 to 19 February 2019, the curated menu includes Peranakan Prawn Salad, a festive must-have signifying wealth and luck, it comprises of poached prawns over a bed of fresh Chinese lettuce drizzled with chilli plum sauce and lime juice. Also available are a D.I.Y Popiah Set, the perfect activity to get the conversation going around the table, and other favourites such as the Peranakan Mee Siam and Sayur Kailo with Pork Ribs. For a sweet ending, don’t miss out on Folklore’s Kueh Platter with an assortment of Chef Damian’s handmade kuehs.
