What is SG Clean?
Launched on 16 February 2020 by the National Environment Agency (NEA), the SG Clean campaign seeks to rally stakeholders and members of the public to do their part, by adopting good personal habits and social responsibility, to raise standards of cleanliness and public hygiene in Singapore and safeguard public health.

About The Hotel

Does the Hotel provide free Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in rooms and around the property. To connect, please enter your room number and name in your browser.



Is there a swimming pool in the Hotel? What are the operating hours?
We do have a Rooftop Pool. The operating hours are from 7.00am to 10.30pm daily. Children are welcome to use the pool, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Is there a fitness room in your Hotel? What are its operating hours?
Guests staying with us enjoy complimentary access to the gym on level 2 and the operating hours are from 6.00am to 10.00pm daily. Please use your keycard to access this facility.

Can I park my vehicle at the Hotel?
In-house guests enjoy complimentary parking facility. Slots are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.


Is your property wheelchair-friendly?
For guests encountering mobility issues, the Hotel provides handicap-friendly guest lifts alongside select units of rooms with handicap-accessible washrooms. To enhance the comfort and convenience of guests, there is also a handicap and wheelchair-accessible washroom at the lobby.


Additionally, guests staying with the Hotel may loan wheelchairs on a complimentary basis (subject to availability). Please advise the team prior arrival so that arrangement can be made to reserve this facility for you.

What pin plug and voltage do you use in your rooms? Does the Hotel provide free international adaptor?
Yes, one unit of international adaptor is available in the room. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz. Please contact our team for assistance on adaptors.


Is laundry services available at the Hotel?
The Hotel offers laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services. Laundry items submitted before 10.00am will be returned on day, whilst submissions after 10.00am will be returned on the next day at 7.00pm.

To submit articles for laundry service, please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided.


Is this a pet-friendly Hotel?
The Hotel observes a pet-free environment.


Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our hotel rooms. Please approach our front office personel for directions to the nearest designated smoking areas.


Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The Hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Please approach our Front Office Team for assistance.


Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?
We regret that the hotel does not have airport transfers available. However, Changi Airport provides a convenient city shuttle. Guests may approach the 24-hour Ground Transport Concierge at each Arrival Hall for bookings.


Where is the nearest train station?
Guests at Destination Singapore Beach Road will be a short 5-minute stroll away from Nicoll Highway MRT Station (Circle Line- Take Exit A, off Java Road, and turn right onto Beach Road. Our hotel is just 100meters on your right side.)

Hotel Reservations (Modify / Add / Cancel Booking), Payment & Deposit

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Do I need to pre-pay for my reservation? If so, how do I do it?
For certain packages and promotions, a prepayment may be required during the booking process. Please proceed to input your payment details upon creation of the booking.


As COVID-19 development evolves around the world, is there any update on the cancellation policies?
We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this interim. Enjoy maximum flexibility in changing or cancelling any stay booked directly with us, up to 24 hours prior arrival, with our New Enhanced Flexibility Policy.



A deposit of S$50nett per night is required (for stays with full room prepayment before arrival date).

Total room charges and $50nett per night will apply for non-prepayment stays.
The S$50nett per night deposit will be reimbursed to guests after departure, subject to deductions on miscellaneous and incidental charges.

If you require an early-check-in or a late check-out, we will try to accommodate based on the availability of rooms.


I am here for a family stay. What are my room options?
Our Triple or Family Rooms can easily accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child aged 12 or under, complete with our Hypnos queen-sized beds, a pull out bed and an additional sofa bed. No more sleeping on uncomfortable rollaways.


Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?
We do not provide extra rollaway beds in the hotel. If you are a family of 3 or 4 (with children older than toddler age), extra bedding is available in our Triple Rooms and Family Rooms.


Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?
Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability.


What are the types of bedding configurations available in your rooms?
Our guestrooms are equipped with either two single beds or a queen bed. Triple and Family rooms equipped with queen bed and sofa bed.


What are the available room features and amenities?

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we do have limited wheelchair accessible rooms in the hotel that are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to make advance arrangements.

Food and Beverage

When is breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is served at Folklore (level 2) from 6.00am – 10.30am (Monday - Friday) and 6.00am – 11.00am (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).



Does the Hotel provide for special dietary needs?
We offer gluten-free options at our restaurants. However, please be informed that our Chefs work with other products that contain gluten in our kitchens and restaurants. For further assistance, please contact us directly. 

Events & Privite Dining

How many meeting rooms and ballrooms do you have?
We do not have a meeting room. Alternatively, opt for a cosier setting for your lunch or dinner event and choose to reserve Folklore's private dining room* which seats up to 30 guests. Reservation of private dining area requires a minimum of 20 confirmed guests. For smaller groups, please note that a surcharge may apply.
