RESERVATIONS

How do I change, view or cancel my reservation?

For cancellation of refundable reservations, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in (local time) to avoid any cancellation charges. To change or cancel a reservation for online reservations, please retrieve your reservation here.

Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

If you have made a reservation with our reservation office directly, please contact our team for all change or cancellation requests.

If you have made a reservation through other channels, please contact the agent directly for all change or cancellation requests.

 

I need to cancel my reservation. Can I get a refund?

Should your plans change, you can cancel your reservation that is subject to cancellation policies upon your time of booking. Please note that cancellation of a reservation may be subject to a full cancellation charge. For further assistance, please contact us directly.

 

I didn't receive a confirmation number when I completed my reservation.

To view your reservation details or manage your reservation, please log in with your email address and password. If you still have problems retrieving your booking, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

How long will hotel hold my room for?

For late arrivals, you can guarantee your reservation with a credit or debit card. This guarantees that your room will be reserved until noon the following day.

If you do not arrive at the hotel and if you have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged for the first night or full duration of stay for a reservation with non-refundable policies.

 

Will my credit card be charged if I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled?

Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit are held for you until your arrival date. Should your plans change, please cancel your reservation in advance.

 

Do I have to pay up-front for my room reservation?

A pre-authorization payment will be applied to your credit or debit card used to guarantee your room reservation. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking during check-in or making payment at our hotel.

Full payment will be charged upon checking-in, except if stated in the terms and conditions of your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement for checking in?

You must be 18 years of age with a valid official identification to check-in.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is after 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

 

Can I request a late check out or early check in without additional charges?

Please note that late check-out and early check-in requests are subject to room availability upon arrival.

 

Are there additional charges for guaranteed early check-in and late check-out request?

Early check-in surcharge is applicable at $80++ with guaranteed check-in from 9.00am on the day of arrival. Late check-out surcharge is applicable at $80++ with guaranteed late-check out till 6pm. An additional fee equivalent to the full room rate will be applicable should you be checking-out after 6.00pm or checking-in earlier than 9.00am.

Is smoking allowed in the room?

Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our hotel rooms. Please approach our front office personel for directions to the nearest designated smoking areas.

 

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have limited wheelchair accessible rooms that are subject to availability. Please contact

Can I request for a baby cot? Will there be any additional charge

We provide complimentary baby cot for infants aged 2 years old and below in Superior, Deluxe and Triple room categories. Advance request is required and subject to availability.

 

Is there an iron available in the room?

We can provide a complimentary iron upon request, subject to availability. Please contact our Housekeeping Department during your stay.

 

Does the hotel provide free international adaptor?

Yes, one unit of international adaptor is available in-room. 

 

Does the hotel room come with bathtub?

All rooms come with standing shower only.

 

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Yes, connecting room is available in our Superior Twin room category and both rooms come with 2 single beds.

 

Do you provide rollaway beds?

We do not provide extra rollaway beds in the hotel. If you are a family of 3 or 4 (with children older than toddler age), extra bedding is available in our Triple Rooms and Family Rooms.

 

What voltage do you use in Singapore?

In Singapore the power plugs and sockets are of type G. The standard voltage is between 220-240V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.

 

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will be happy to keep your luggage at the hotel for free before check-in or after check-out on the same day. Please contact our Reception at the lobby for details and arrangement. 

 

I left something behind at the hotel.

AMENITIES & SERVICES

Does the hotel provide internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in all guestrooms and public spaces within the hotel.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for a maximum of 3 devices per room. We do offer high-speed internet access at additional S$20.00++ per device for 24 hours.

 

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

We do have a Rooftop Pool. The operating hours are from 7.00am to 10.30pm daily. Children are welcome to use the pool, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

Is there a fitness room in your hotel,?

We do have a gym on level 2. The operating hours are from 6.00am to 10.00pm.

 

Is there car parking available at the hotel?

We do have parking spaces for our hotel guests, however please note that availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis.

 

Is there wheelchair or baby stroller available at the hotel?

Wheelchair (subject to availability) is available while baby strollers are not available in the hotel.

 

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have limited wheelchair accessible rooms in the hotel that are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to make advance arrangements.

 

Is room service available?

What time is breakfast served?

Buffet breakfast is served at Folklore (level 2) from 6.00am – 10.30am (Monday - Friday) and 6.00am – 11.00am (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). 

 

Do you provide halal food?

Our restaurant is not currently halal-certified.

 

Is it safe to drink tap water in Singapore?

Yes, tap water in Singapore is safe for drinking without further filtration of boiling.

 

Are there vending machines?

We do have vending machines at level 1 for snacks and drinks.

 

Do you allow dogs or other pets?

We do not allow pets in the hotel. 

 

Do you have a business centre?

We do not have a business centre in the hotel. However if you require any printing facilities, please do not hesitate to approach our front office personel for assistance.

 

Can I book a local sightseeing tour at the hotel?

Tour booking service is not available in the hotel.

ACCESS

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport / to the airport?

Unfortunately we do not provide any airport shuttle service. You may take the shuttle bus service provided by Changi Airport or a standard taxi at a charge. 

 

How do I get to the hotel from Changi International Airport?

By Car/Taxi

Take Airport Boulevard to East Coast Parkway(ECP).

Take Exit 15 - Rochor Road / Sheares Avenue, onto Rochor Road

Continue on Rochor Road then turn right onto Beach Road.

Journey takes approximately 25 minutes.

 

By MRT 

Alight at Nicole Highway MRT station (Circle Line).  Take Exit A, off Java Road, and turn right onto Beach Road.  Our hotel is just 100 meters on your right side, it is a 5-minute walk.

 

Take the East-West Line from Changi Airport Station. Board the train towards Tanah Merah Station and alight 2 stops later. Board the train towards Tuas Link Station and alight at Paya Lebar Station 4 stops later. Change to the Circle Line and board the train toward Dhoby Ghaut Station.

 

Alight at Nicoll Highway Station. Take Exit A, off Java Road, and turn right onto Beach Road. The hotel is located 100 metres down the road on your right-hand side. Journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes.

 

How far is the hotel to the Marina Bay F1 Entry Gates?

Our hotel is just 100 meters away from Nicoll Highway MRT station, just a 15-20min walk from the heart-stopping action at Gate 1 and one train stop away from Gate 2.
