Dishes that skilfully combine fresh, seasonal produce, sourced both locally and globally, are presented in an approachable and accessible bistro-style dining experience. Discover a repertoire of familiar and exciting flavours on the a la carte menu and hearty brunch classics that are available all week long, in addition to a weekday Set Lunch. An adjoining retail area greets diners with a curation of gourmet products for purchase.

Porta showcases modern European bistro dining experience with its captivating array of refreshing appetisers, comforting mains, adventurous desserts and brunch classics. Popular creations such as the Prawn & Chorizo Pasta and Spicy Salmon Tartare were recognised as dining gems with the Singapore River Signatures, an annual accolade that recognises the best of culinary specialities around Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Robertson Quay.

With the restaurant’s commitment to conscious and sustainable dining, the team has embarked on the Green Monday movement with the Green Monday menu. The plant-based menu provides more dietary options for diners and caters to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, ranging from vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free. The menu offers plant-based meat and dairy alternatives which are perfect for guests who wish to practise sustainable lifestyle and dining habits.
