What are the safety and precautionary measures adopted by Park Hotel Clarke Quay?

What is SG Clean?
Launched on 16 February 2020 by the National Environment Agency (NEA), the SG Clean campaign seeks to rally stakeholders and members of the public to do their part, by adopting good personal habits and social responsibility, to raise standards of cleanliness and public hygiene in Singapore and safeguard public health.

It is envisioned that the SG Clean campaign will instil a national “keep clean culture”, where keeping Singapore clean is an integral part of our lives. Learn more.



What are the Other Important and Mandatory COVID-19 Safe Measures that I Must Adhere to for My Stay?

i) Aside from completing the mandatory contact tracing and declaration form, every visitor to a guestroom must be pre-registered by main room guest prior arrival. Visitors are required to present themselves at the Reception for registration before accessing guestroom.

ii) Please be reminded that hotels are not to allow more than 5 individuals gathering in any guestroom or inter-connecting units, except where the gathering consists wholly of individuals from the same household i.e. same address. Under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act passed in Parliament on 7 April 2020, first-time offenders may be fined up to $10,000, imprisoned up to six months, or both. Repeat offenders may be fined up to $20,000, imprisoned up to twelve months, or both.

*With effect from 28 Dec 2020, this maximum permissible group will be increased from 5 to 8 individuals.

iii) No visitors after 10.00pm. Overnighters (or sleepovers) are strictly based on the main occupants and official number of guests registered under room reservation.

Is there a swimming pool in the Hotel? What are the operating hours?
The Hotel offers a 25-metre award winning outdoor freshwater swimming pool with adjoining jacuzzi. This facility is located at Level 2 and is open from 6.00am to 11.00pm daily.

Is there a fitness room in your Hotel? What are its operating hours?
Guests staying with us enjoy complimentary access to the gym that is open 24-hour daily. Please use your keycard to access this facility. We regret to inform that the gym does not offer scheduled work out classes or the services of a personal trainer.

Can I park my vehicle at the Hotel?

Guests staying in Superior, Deluxe and Premier room categories will enjoy the option of purchasing a per-entry parking at S$20nett.

A one-time entry parking will be extended on a complimentary basis for Club/Suite guests.

All parking at the Hotel will be subject to availability of limited carpark lots, based on first-come, first-served basis.

For walk-in guests and diners, the following charges apply*.

6.00am - 6.00pm: First hour is at S$4, and every subsequent 30 minutes is at S$1.50.
6.00pm to 6.00am: A per entry charge of S$6 applies.

Is your property wheelchair-friendly?
For guests encountering mobility issues, the Hotel provides handicap-friendly guest lifts alongside select units of rooms with handicap-accessible washrooms. To enhance the comfort and convenience of guests, there is also a handicap and wheelchair-accessible washroom at the lobby.


Additionally, guests staying with the Hotel may loan wheelchairs on a complimentary basis (subject to availability). Please advise the team prior arrival so that arrangement can be made to reserve this facility for you.

Our Concierge will be pleased to assist you on booking the tour package of your choice during your stay.


What pin plug and voltage do you use in your rooms? Does the Hotel provide free international adaptor?

Our rooms are equipped with universal socket that accepts various types of electrical plugs. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz. Please contact our Housekeeping Team for assistance on adaptors and transformers.


Are there computer and printing facilities in the Hotel?
We do not have a Business Centre in the Hotel. However, for basic printing requests, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply for advanced printing services.


Is laundry services available at the Hotel?
The Hotel offers laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services. Laundry items submitted before 10.00am will be returned on day, whilst submissions after 10.00am will be returned on the next day at 7.00pm.


To submit articles for laundry service, please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided. Please contact Housekeeping and a colleague will be there to collect it shortly.


Is this a pet-friendly Hotel?
The Hotel observes a pet-free environment.


Smoking Policy
Designated smoking areas are available around the premises. The Hotel provides a combination of non-smoking and smoking rooms.


Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The Hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our Concierge Team will assist you upon arrival.


Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

Park Hotel Clarke Quay has a central, downtown location that is minutes from the Clarke Quay entertainment precinct and Central Business District (CBD). The nearest MRT (Fort Canning) station is a 3-minute walk away.

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Do I need to pre-pay for my reservation? If so, how do I do it?
For certain packages and promotions, a prepayment may be required during the booking process. Please proceed to input your payment details upon creation of the booking.


As COVID-19 development evolves around the world, is there any update on the cancellation policies?
We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this interim. Enjoy maximum flexibility in changing or cancelling any stay booked directly with us, up to 24 hours prior arrival, with our New Enhanced Flexibility Policy.



A deposit of S$50nett per night is required (for stays with full room prepayment before arrival date).

Total room charges and $50nett per night will apply for non-prepayment stays.

The S$50nett per night deposit will be reimbursed to guests after departure, subject to deductions on miscellaneous and incidental charges.


Payment Types
The Hotel accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay as guarantee for room reservations. Payment at Hotel can be made by cash as well.

What are the Hotel's check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in time: After 2.00pm (Local time)

Check-out time: By 12.00 noon (Local time)

Note: As part of COVID-19 safe management measures, the Hotel observes staggered check-in and check-out timings for its guests. For check-ins at 3pm, the check-out time will be at 12 noon. Check-in slots are staggered on a per hourly basis with option until 6pm. A later check-out will be accorded for a later check-in accordingly. Is early check-in or late check-out available?
If you require an early-check-in or a late check-out, we will try to accommodate based on the availability of rooms.


I am here for a family stay. What are my room options?
Whilst we do not offer standalone, designated Family Rooms, we recommend our inter-connecting rooms for family stays for added comfort, convenience and space. Alternatively, parents may opt to share existing bedding with a young toddler at no extra charge.


Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?
Our rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child who is sharing the same bed with parents. Additional charges apply for an extra bed. Please note that the extra bed in the room will leave you with limited space.


Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?
Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability.


What are the types of bedding configurations available in your rooms?
Our guestrooms are equipped with either two single beds or a queen bed. Suites are equipped with king beds.


What are the available room features and amenities?
For room features, please visit here. Other amenities include towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, dental kit, cups and glasses, electrical kettle and emergency torchlight. Minibar amenities are available with charges. Bath tubs are available in select guestrooms.


Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have 2 rooms (Superior Rooms) that are accessible by wheelchair. In-room amenities include grab bars in washroom, roll-in handicap shower stall with folding bath seat and emergency button, bedroom doors with a  minimum width of 35 inches, washroom doors with a minimum width of 34 inches, and with Ezi-maidbed lifting system.


What is the operation hour for your Room Service?
Room service is available from 6.00am to 2.00am.

Food and Beverage

When is breakfast served?
Operation hours: 7.00am - 10.30am
As part of the Hotel's Safe Management Measures, capacity restriction and time limit apply for breakfast hours. Please pre-book your slot with the Reception during check-in.



Does the Hotel provide for special dietary needs?
We offer gluten-free options at our restaurants and for in-room dining. However, please be informed that our Chefs work with other products that contain gluten in our kitchens and restaurants. We have vegetarian and vegan dishes as well. Please approach our Food & Beverage colleagues for recommendations or enquire in advance. Unfortunately, we do not serve kosher options.


We have a Green Monday menu available. This plant-based menu provides more dietary options for diners and caters to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, ranging from vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free. The menu offers plant-based meat and dairy alternatives which are perfect for guests who wish to practise sustainable lifestyle and dining habits.

How many meeting rooms and ballrooms do you have?
There are four meeting and function spaces at the Hotel. This comprises of 3 indoor meeting rooms, and 1 al fresco Poolside Deck.


What is the maximum capacity for your ballroom?
The maximum capacity of our largest meeting room, Van Kleef, depends on the event's layout and configuration needs. It accommodates up to 50 guests (Cocktail Reception style), 60 guests (Theatre-seating), 21 guests (U-Shape), 30 guests (Cluster seating), 50 guests (Round Table setup), 30 guests (Classroom) and 18 guests (Boardroom setup).

Is the Hotel able to cater to the special dietary needs of meeting participants?
Meeting participants enjoy a diverse array of cuisines at the Hotel, including vegetarian options. A minimum order for 10 pax is required for Halal-certified meals.


What are the corkage fees?
There is a S$25++ charge of corkage fee per bottle of wine. Corkage fee is waived for duty-paid, sealed liquour.
