More than just having the newest guest rooms and facilities, we debuted a fully-customised mobile application, along with new technological enhancements that aim to make your stay with us a seamless one.
1. Complete your Pre-Arrival Registration 2 to 7 days prior to your stay.
To enjoy a contactless check-in. please ensure you download our mobile app before your arrival.
2. Upon your arrival at Level 1 or 3, connect to 'Grand Park City Hall' Wi-Fi and ensure Bluetooth settings are switched on. Launch the Grand Park City Hall app and click on ‘Check-in’ to start
3. Fill in your reservation number to continue
4. Submit a photo of your Passport or Identification Card
5. Fill in your details and complete the travel declaration form
6. Enter your credit card information as a deposit for the room
7. Take a selfie
8. We have received your request to check-in. Please give us a moment to process your request.
9. Your check-in request is approved. You can now use the app to enter your room, control the lighting, and request for extra amenities.
10. To unlock your room door, click on the mobile key and hold your mobile phone near the card reader.
11. Enjoy a seamless contactless check-out via the app with the option to view your bills
