Our Precautionary Measures

The rapid development of COVID-19 has impacted many people and their travel plans. Being travellers ourselves, we understand. Rest assured that we are following the situation closely and constantly reviewing our steps to support you and your travel needs.

 

Your safety and wellbeing continue to be our first priority and we remain dedicated to providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for your stay. While there are currently no reported cases in our hotels, we have stepped up our operational processes and continue to work closely with local authorities to follow guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO). One of the inititives include the certification for the SG Clean quality mark, a premises-based sanitation and hygiene initiative by the Singapore Government to identify organisations maintaining best practices to safeguard public health in Singapore.

 

Other ongoing precautionary measures at our hotel include:

 

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitisation at public areas, restaurants and high contact touchpoints. Hand sanitisers are available in public areas, and masks are also available on request.
  • Enforcement checks and mandatory hygiene measures for all staff, such as daily temperature screening and travel declarations; mandatory use of masks, gloves and appropriate personal protective equipment; frequent handwashing, and other best practices.
  • Mandatory checks for all guests and stakeholders seeking to enter our premises. Temperature screenings, travel declarations and collection of data for contact tracing continue for all our guests, vendors and partners.
  • Enforcement of safe distancing for safe social interaction, and use of guide barriers and distancing demarcations to control or minimise potential crowds or queues.
  • Enhanced focus on food safety standards at our restaurants,  including increased cleaning and sanitisation of high contact touch points (from menus to utensils, to tables and chairs), and providing table service.

 

We will continue to monitor COVID-19 updates, and will respond based on the advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.

 

Our Enhanced Travel Flexibility Policy

 

We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility in the interim. Any reservations with arrival dates from now until 31 December 2020 can be amended for free. Fully prepaid, non-refundable bookings made directly with our hotels can be postponed till 30 June 2021 for free. Rate change applies.
