Your safety and wellbeing continue to be our first priority and we remain dedicated to providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for your stay. While there are currently no reported cases in our hotels, we have stepped up our operational processes and continue to work closely with local authorities to follow guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO). One of the inititives include the certification for the SG Clean quality mark, a premises-based sanitation and hygiene initiative by the Singapore Government to identify organisations maintaining best practices to safeguard public health in Singapore.

Our Enhanced Travel Flexibility Policy
We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility in the interim. Any reservations with arrival dates from now until 31 December 2020 can be amended for free. Fully prepaid, non-refundable bookings made directly with our hotels can be postponed till 30 June 2021 for free. Rate change applies.
