Is the airport shuttle service available?

Our standard check-in time is from 14:00 and the standard check-out time is by 12:00.

Can I add an extra bed in my room?

You can request an extra bed and that is chargeable at HK$400 per room per night before the service charge. The price is subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us for details.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are only applicable to Superior Room and Deluxe Room with twin beds. Please contact us for details.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are happy to keep your luggage at the hotel for free before check-in or after check-out. Please contact our Concierge in the lobby for details and arrangements. The hotel will not be responsible for the loss of items if applicable.

Can the hotel receive parcel before our check-in?

Yes, we can receive a parcel on your behalf at our Concierge. Please do not forget to add your registered full name with the following address c/o: Concierge, Park Hotel Hong Kong, 61-65 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong when you order.

Which is the nearest MTR station to the hotel?

Accepted Answer

The nearest MTR stations Tsim Sha Tsui Station and East Tsim Sha Tsui Station are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Take Exit B2 of Tsim Sha Tsui Station, then go straight along Cameron Road for 350 meters, or take Exit P3 of East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, then go straight along Chatham Road South to the conjunction of Cameron Road.

Do you have non-smoking or smoking rooms?

Accepted Answer

The hotel has been 100% Smoke-Free since 2020. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. The hotel will charge an additional fee of HK$2,000 for cleaning where the ban is disregarded in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside the building. Please ask our Front Desk staff for the location of our Designated Smoking Area.

Question 10

Do we need to place a deposit upon check-in?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of HK$500nett per room per night is required and will be reimbursed to guests upon departure, subject to deductions on miscellaneous and incidental charges.
