• A valid credit card or room deposit for entire stay is required and total room charge (including service charge
   and tax) will be charged upon booking.
• For credit card reservations, the same cards must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels.
• Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal
   activities associated with the full payments received.

• Booking cannot be amended or cancelled and is non-refundable. 100% of the room charge (including service
   charge and tax) will be applied for no-shows.

• Applicable for stays from 24 September to 7 October 2012 inclusive.
• Stay a minimum of three consecutive nights to receive the last night free. Minimum stay condition and offer may differ by hotels, please check before booking.
• Maximum of 1 free night can be awarded per room per stay.
• Free night includes room rate and corresponding service charge/taxes only for the same room category and does not include incidental charges.
• When placing your reservations online, please include the free night in your stay period.
• Any unused free night cannot be redeemed for cash/credits or reserved for a future stay and is not transferable.
• Offer is not valid in conjunction with previously booked reservations.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
• Offer is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Black-out dates and other restrictions may apply.
• Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
