The Park Hotel Group takes the issue of your privacy seriously and we are committed to ensuring your information is protected. Our Privacy Statement will help to explain how we collect and safeguard information from both our hotel guests and web site visitors. The Park Hotel Group directly, or through its third-party vendors collects from this website certain information, provided by its customers, to provide hotel services and products, one of which is the ability to make reservations. The Park Hotel Group will also ask for the customer’s room preferences and for any special requests. From time to time the information requested may change without notice.

Customer Service
When Park Hotel Group customers make customer-service requests, the Park Hotel Group will ask for the customer’s name, mailing address or electronic-mail information, telephone number and other information that will allow them to be better able to respond to the request or to resolve any issues at any of our Hotels.

Use of Information Collected
