Park Hotel Management Pte Ltd is the management arm of the Group which manages and oversees the operations and performance of our Asia Pacific hotels and provides top quality professional services to other developers and partners in the hospitality industry.

In 2005, we shifted our base from Hong Kong to Singapore in order to facilitate our expansion in the region, and launch our brands onto the international stage. Park branded hotels include a collection of luxury Grand Park and upscale Park Hotel properties.

Park Hotel Academy
Park Hotel Group recognises that attracting, developing and retaining employee talent is a critical management responsibility in order to thrive as a successful organisation. Certified by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)-accredited Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), our team of ACTA trainers form the pillar of our training infrastructure. Through quality and professional in-house training programmes conducted by our trainers, Park Hotel Academy (PHA) is at the heart of our focus on guest experience and service excellence.
Park Hotel Group led the industry when we were accredited as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) by the Singapore WDA in 2009, certified to provide an array of Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) programmes to our People. In 2011, Park Hotel Academy - the official training and development faculty within Park Hotel Group, was established to centralise all training efforts for Park Hotel Group employees locally and overseas.
