The Park Hotel Orchard, Singapore will be undergoing a $80M makeover over the next 3 years. This will turn it into a five-star luxury, trendy and up market hotel cum retail property. In line with the Park Hotel Group direction the retail space will be doubled occupying 4 floors from the basement B1 to the 3rd floor. This will feature a gallery housing 5-7 flagship luxury stores.
