The Park Hotel Group takes the issue of your privacy seriously and we are committed to ensuring your information is protected. Our Privacy Statement helps to explain how we collect and safeguard information from both our hotel guests and website visitors. The Park Hotel Group directly, or through its third-party vendors, collects certain information supplied by customers through this website as part of our provision of hotel services and products - one of which is the ability to make reservations. The Park Hotel Group website also allows customers to communicate with the Park Hotel Group on issues of customer service and to provide feedback on services. In order for us to process reservations to our hotels, the Park Hotel Group will ask customers for their name, address, email information, telephone number, credit-card information, arrival and departure dates, airline frequent-flier information or information on similar customer-loyalty programmes. The Park Hotel Group will also ask for the customer’s room preferences and for any special requests. The information requested may change without notice.

Customer Service
When a Park Hotel Group customer makes a customer-service request, the Park Hotel Group will ask for his or her name, mailing address or electronic-mail information, telephone number and other information. This will allow the Park Hotel Group to respond better to the request, or to resolve any issues at any of our hotels.

Use of Information Collected
The Park Hotel Group may share the customer information it collects with its personnel, and with the owners and operators of the Park Hotel Group. Customers should communicate directly with such websites to receive information about their privacy practices and policies.
This Privacy Policy and Disclosure does not cover customers who enter the Park Hotel Group websites through links from non-Park Hotel Group sites, such as those of advertisers or other content providers.

Privacy Policy Changes
The Park Hotel Group reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy and Disclosure, and will post any revisions on this website appropriately.
