From 1 March, Indulge at Park is pleased to introduce a new weekday dining concept featuring a selection of Western, Asian and local specialties prepared from the freshest ingredients, bistro style. Inspired from Singapore's multi cultures and injected with Chef Executive Eric Ong's ingenuity, the dishes focus on getting the basics right in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Choose from a variety of starters, soups, burgers, main courses or premium steaks, or create your own 2–course or 3-course sets with your favourite picks. Be the first to try out our recommendations that include the Pan–seared Atlantic Cod with Coriander Horseradish, Infused Lemongrass Kurobuta Pork Shoulder and the signature Braised Pork Trotter with Vermicelli.
