| 1961 : | Park Hotel Hong Kong was established. |
| 2005 : | Acquired Crown Prince Hotel, Singapore.
The Group’s corporate headquarters was established in Singapore. |
| 2006 : | Acquired Grand Plaza Parkroyal, Singapore. |
| 2007 : | Rebranded Crown Prince Hotel and Grand Plaza Parkroyal, Singapore as Park Hotel Orchard and Grand Park City Hall respectively. Acquired Harbour Plaza Kunming, China and Sheraton Wuxi, China. |
| 2008 : | The Group underwent major rebranding exercise. Upscale hotels under the portfolio were rebranded as “Park Hotel” while luxury properties were rebranded as “Grand Park”. Harbour Plaza Kunming and Sheraton Wuxi were rebranded as Grand Park Kunming and Acquired ANA Grand Castle Xian, China and rebranded as Grand Park Xian. Acquired Hilton Otaru, Japan and rebranded as Grand Park Otaru. |
| 2009 : | Opened the Group’s first new-build hotel – Park Hotel Clarke Quay in Singapore. |
| 2010 : | After a S$80 million makeover, the former Park Hotel Orchard reopened as the Group’s flagship hotel Grand Park Orchard, with a stunning four-storey retail podium – Knightsbridge. |
| 2011 : | The Group celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a host of promotions and celebrations. |
